Together, we bring decades of combined experience across capital raising, creative financing, buy-and-hold investing, mid-term rentals, construction management, and digital marketing. We've completed over 500 real estate transactions, including extensive work as a licensed General Contractor — giving us the hands-on expertise to build real solutions, not just portfolios.

Our lending process is fully streamlined online. To begin, please visit our lending portal at amigosfunding.club. There, you can submit your details, review requirements, and track your application status. Please note, we do not schedule individual phone calls. All steps are designed for your convenience through the portal.

What loan programs do you offer?

We offer a range of loan programs, including private money, fix-and-flip, bridge loans, DSCR, new construction, ground-up construction, commercial, transactional funding, and business funding.

Do you offer private money lending (PML)?

Yes, we do. Our private money lending program provides flexible, short-term capital for real estate investors. We can provide the funding you need quickly. Our focus is on building strong, trusted partnerships to help you succeed in your projects.

What information do I need to apply?

To apply, you’ll need the property address, the purchase agreement (it must be under contract), a project budget, and basic financials. All documents should be submitted via our lending portal. Once we review, we’ll follow up (amigosfunding.club).
