This is simply an intake form for us to keep everyone organized and in one location on our end. Submission of this form does not guarantee that you will be able to work with us or receive an investment agreement.

We are not a lender. By submitting this intake form, you acknowledge that we are not a lending institution and that we do not provide loans or financing. If we decide to accept your deal, we may enter into a joint venture agreement with you, in which we would collaborate with you on your project or investment. Please note that any such joint venture agreement will be subject to separate terms and conditions, which we will provide to you for review and agreement before moving forward. By submitting this intake form, you agree to our terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood the information provided.

Once we have reviewed your intake form, we may follow up with additional questions and concerns. Please be patient as we will get back to you at our convenience.

If we can not fund this for you, we can connect you to other lenders for a bird dog fee.​

You certify that the information provided in this form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal or financial information.

You understand that any false statements, misrepresentations, or omissions of material fact may result in the rejection of your application, termination of any agreement, and/or legal action.

You agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or mail for any purpose related to your JV application or our business operations.

You acknowledge that our decision to approve or deny your JV application is solely at our discretion and that we may reject your application for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient credit history, lack of collateral, or failure to meet our eligibility criteria.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or your breach of these terms and conditions.

You agree that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or representations, whether oral or written.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Bexar County and resolved exclusively in the courts of Bexar County.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not submit your intake form.
